    [01]_Pricing

Your software department. No build fee. You own everything. One quarter at a time.

We design and build your first system inside Quarter 1 — no separate build fee, just a small reservation credited straight to that invoice. Then we run it, extend it, and keep it current. Ownership transfers to you at the end of Quarter 1, unconditionally. Every quarter after that renews on its own — 30 days' notice to leave, no 24-month contract underneath it.

    [03]_The mechanism

    How a lane works.

Delivery capacity is sold as a lane — a Kanban-style work-in-progress cap, not an hours pool. You get a shared backlog where you can queue any number of requests, any time, in whatever order you want. A lane means: this many items are being actively worked on right now, start to finish, before the next one starts.

    • 01A small fix clears in days.
    • 02A new workflow takes one to three weeks.
    • 03A whole new system — like the one included in Quarter 1 — consumes most of a quarter for one lane.
    • 04That's why what ships is promised per quarter, never as a monthly hour count.
    Backlog

Queue anything, any time, in whatever order matters to you. No limit on what's waiting.

    Lane (WIP cap)

This many items are being actively worked, right now, start to finish, before the next one starts. Reviewed by a Scaler-side lead before it ships.

    Shipped

Live in your systems. The next item from the backlog moves into the lane.

    Run
    ½ lane

A shared queue. Fits one system that mostly needs to stay current.

    Operate
    1 lane

A dedicated WIP slot. One item moves at a time, always yours.

    Embedded
    3 lanes

Three tracks move in parallel — for an operation with no internal tech function.

    Enterprise
    Custom

Sized to the engagement — past three lanes it's usually not a lane problem anymore.

    What this replaces.

Most businesses that reach this page have already been quoted $25–50k upfront for a build and walked away. Here's what the alternatives actually cost, and what you get for it.

    [05]_Scope

    What's included — and what isn't.

    Included
    • Your first system, designed and built in Quarter 1 — no separate build fee, just the small credited reservation
    • A work-in-progress lane sized to your tier — queue unlimited requests, worked one at a time in priority order
    • Full ownership of code, infrastructure and IP, transferring to you unconditionally at the end of Quarter 1
    • Quarterly health reporting at every tier, plus a biweekly working call and a named ops lead at Operate and Embedded
    • SLA-backed response times matched to your tier, with after-hours escalation at Embedded
    • Auto-renewal one quarter at a time — 30 days' notice to leave, no 24-month contract underneath it
    • Optional annual prepay for 10% off — opt-in only, never required
    Not included
    • Net-new major builds beyond the tier's included cap — those are scoped separately
    • End-user helpdesk, laptops, networks, and M365 — that's your IT provider's job, and we work alongside them
    • Staffing or BPO labor
    • Anything requiring on-site presence

Software licences and model/API usage are billed at cost — no markup.

    [06]_FAQ

    Questions, answered.

One item at a time. Queue as many as you like; we work them in order. Most Operate partners see two to three meaningful items shipped a quarter.

Yes — code, infrastructure and IP transfer to you at the end of Quarter 1, in the contract. If you leave, you take it and we hand over documentation and credentials.

Don't renew. Every commitment is one quarter — no reason needed, nothing owed beyond what's billed, no 24-month contract underneath it.

Add one — or if you're regularly maxing out three lanes, that's usually an Enterprise conversation, not another lane.
