You retain ownership of your business data and proprietary information. You grant us a limited license to access and analyze this data solely for the purpose of providing consulting services. We maintain strict confidentiality and will not use your data for any other purpose without explicit consent.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scaler Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or competitive advantage resulting from business transformation activities.

Our total liability for any claims related to our consulting services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.
